Topic: TRPC3 Channels Are Required for Synaptic ransmission and Motor Coordination

- They observated Synaptic transmission at PF-Purkinge neuron synapses by

voltage-clamp recording and confocal calcium imaging.

- TRPC1,4,6 are NOT essential for mGluR-mediated sEPSC

- TRPC3 : most abundantly expressed TRPC subunit in Cerebellar Purkinje cells

and crutially needed for mGluR-dependent synaptic signaling
